Member of the Supervisory Board Mr Andrzej Osiadacz, aged 68, graduated from the Faculty of Precision Mechanical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1992 he was awarded the academic title of professor of technical sciences (automatic control and robotics). He is head of the Division of District Heating and Gas Systems at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology. Between 1984 and 1990 he worked as a Visiting Professor at the University of Manchester in Great Britain, and subsequently as a Senior Scientist at the British Gas Research Centre. Between 1996 and 2004 he held the function of Director at Pipeline Simulation Interest Group — an American organisation which deals with computational issues of great liquid systems. Professor Andrzej Osiadacz has been advisor to the Director for gas networks management at Mazowiecki Zakład Gazowniczy (1995–1999), advisor to the President for gas industry at PGNiG S.A. (1999–2000), chairman of the supervisory board at Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn Koźle (2000–2002), member of the supervisory board of Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa (2003-2004) and of Biuro Projektowe “Gazoprojekt” (2004–2006). Between May 2004 and April 2006, he was the president of the management board of the Gas Transmission Operator Gaz-System S.A. Since 1997, he has been an expert on gas industry at Fundacja Poszanowania Energii, in 2002 he became a member of the Steering Committee for restructuring and privatization of PGNiG S.A. At the same time, he is a member of GTE (Gas Transmission Europe) Plenary Group and a member of the Industry Advisory Panel of the Energy Charter at the Energy Committee in Brussels. In the years 2008–2011, he was a member of the supervisory board of Gazobudowa Zabrze. Currently he is a member of the supervisory board of PGNiG – Technologie. He has been member of the Supervisory Board of the Company since 30 October 2010. His mandate expires in 2013 on the day of holding the Annual General Meeting approving the financial statements for the year 2012.
