Mr Andre Spark, aged 45, is a graduate of Cornell University (in economics), Harvard University (philosophy) and University of Michigan (PhD in law).

He is a Vice President of the Management Board of Prokom Investments S.A. Before, he held the function of a Senior Banker at the EBRD in London, he was Director at Credit Suisse First Boston (Europe) Ltd in London and held the function of Vice President of the Management Board of Credit Suisse First Boston (Poland) S.A. He started his professional career as a legal advisor at the Cravath, Swaine & Moore legal office in New York.

He has been acting as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company since 25 June 2010. On 30 June 2010, he was appointed the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board in its current term of office. His mandate expires in 2013 on the day of holding the Annual General Meeting approving the financial statements for the year 2012. As part of the secondment awarded by the Supervisory Board, Mr Andre Spark performs individually the supervisory function in the area of cooperation with the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.
