With reference to current report no. 79/2009 of 7 September 2009, the Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. (the "Company") announces that the offering of the Company's ordinary bearer series N shares ("Series N Shares") (the "Offering") was effected on 9 September 2009.
1,052,000 Series N Shares were taken up in the Offering at an issue price of PLN 10 each. The Company will receive gross proceeds of PLN 10,520,000 as a result of the Offering. Download current report no. 81/2009 |
