The Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that on 9 June 2010 the Company was notified by Mr Paweł Gricuk, President of the Management Board, and Mr Marcin Balicki, Vice President of the Management Board, about their decision not to seek re-election to the Management Board upon the expiry of their term that falls on the day of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approving the financial statements for the year 2009.
