With reference to current report no. 68/2009 of 31 July 2009 and no. 71/2009 of 4 August 2009, the Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. headquartered in Gdynia (the "Company") announces that on 19 August 2009 the Company obtained a ruling issued by the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ of Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, registering an increase in the share capital of the Company on 17 August 2009, effected by way of:
- an issue of 2,778,991 ordinary bearer Q-series shares with a nominal value of PLN 10 each, and - an issue of 600,000 ordinary bearer R-series shares with a nominal value of PLN 10 each, and registering the conditional increase in the share capital of the Company by no more than PLN 25,000,000 through the issuance of no more than 1,300,000 ordinary bearer O-series and 1,200,000 ordinary bearer P-series shares with a nominal value of PLN 10 each.
