With reference to current report no. 109/2009 of 30 November 2009 and no. 112/2009 of 4 December 2009, the Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. headquartered in Gdynia (the "Company") announces that today the Company obtained a ruling issued by the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ of Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, registering an increase in the share capital of the Company on 9 December 2009, effected by way of an issue of 2,503,628 ordinary bearer series U shares with a nominal value of PLN 10 each.

With a view to the above the Company announces that:

  1. the Company's share capital after the registration is PLN 215,265,990 and
  2. the total number of votes attached to all Company shares issued, following the registration, is 21,526,599.
