The Management Board of Petrolinvest SA has decided to embark on performance of the agreement of 12 May 2006 by exercising the option to acquire a 35 per cent stake in Aktau- Tranzit, a company owning the Zhangurshi and Tyubedzhik licenses, Petrolinvest announced in a press release.
