The management board of PETROLINVEST S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 28 May 2010, the Company and Kingsbrook Opportunities Master Fund LP, Iroquois Master Fund Ltd. (jointly the "Investors"), and Prokom Investments S.A. ("Prokom") executed an agreement (the "Assumption Agreement") regarding the assumption by Prokom of certain of the Investor's rights under the agreement dated 18 March 2010 (the "Agreement") between the Company, the Investors and GEM Global Yield Fund Limited of which the Company informed in the current report No. 20/2010 dated 18 March 2010. |

1. Jakie jest stanowisko Zarządu Spółki odnośnie wysokiego spadku kursu?
Jesteśmy zaskoczeni i rozczarowani wysokimi spadkami kursu akcji w ostatnich dniach. Zarząd Spółki zrobił wszystko, żeby wyprowadzić Petrolinvest na ścieżkę stabilnego rozwoju i wzrostu wartości. Uważamy, że umowy z EBOR i TOTAL są unikalne, jednoznacznie korzystne dla Spółki i wszystkich akcjonariuszy i są milowymi krokami w realizacji jej długoterminowej strategii.
Zarząd Spółki niezwłocznie informował o wszystkich zmianach w akcjonariacie, o których był zawiadamiany. Zarząd nie ma jednak żadnego bezpośredniego wpływu na decyzje inwestycyjne akcjonariuszy. |
