The Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. (the "Company") announces that on 16 March 2009 the Company was informed by:
- four persons holding the positions of members of the Management Board of PROKOM Investments S.A. and at the same time members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, and
- a person holding the position of member of the Supervisory Board of PROKOM Investments S.A. and at the same time a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board;
about the acquisition made by PROKOM Investments S.A. outside the regulated market of 3,575 ordinary bearer Petrolinvest shares at a unit price of PLN 53.20, which took place on 9 March 2009.
