K-Series Share offering completed

With reference to current report no. 3/2009 of 14 January 2009, the Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. (the "Company") announces that the offering of the Company's ordinary registered K‐series shares ("K-Series Shares") (the "Offering") was effected on 6 February 2009. 599,212 K-Series Shares were taken up in the Offering at an issue price of PLN 10 each. Payments towards K-Series Shares were made at 25% of issue price for each share, which is compliant with the Management Board Resolution on a share capital increase in the Company dated 13 January 2009. The Company has received gross proceeds of PLN 1,498,030 as a result of the Offering to date. Download Current Report no. 11/2009
