The Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. publishes the list of shareholders who had 5% or more votes at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PETROLINVEST S.A. held on 30 October 2010:
* Prokom Investments S.A. headquartered in Gdynia – 6,744,944 votes, representing 59.63% of votes at the EGM and 16.33% of the total vote,
* Osiedle Wilanowskie Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Gdynia – 2,344,715 votes, representing 20.73% of votes at the EGM and 5.68% of the total vote,
* FAXFLEET LIMITED headquartered in Nicosia – 1,885,014 votes, representing 16.66% of votes at the EGM and 4.56% of the total vote.
