The Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. publishes the list of shareholders who had 5% or more votes at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PETROLINVEST S.A. held on 30 December 2009:
  1. PROKOM Investments S.A. headquartered in Gdynia - 8,533,462 votes, representing 87.68% of votes at the EGM and 39.64% of the total vote.
  2. BRIGHTSHIELD VENTURES Ltd. headquartered in Cyprus - 500,000 votes, representing 5.14% of votes at the EGM and 2.32% of the total vote.
