The Management Board of Petrolinvest S.A. announces that, by Resolution No. 677/2007 of 31 August 2007 and based on Section 38.1 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to list, under the regular procedure, on the main market, 58,402 (fifty-eight thousand four hundred and two) ordinary bearer 'C' shares of Petrolinvest S.A. of PLN 10 (ten zlotys) par value each on 5 September 2007. Registration of the 'C' shares by the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) on 5 September 2007 and marking them with the ISIN code PLPTRLI00018 have been indicated as the condition for listing them.
