With reference to current report no. 19/2010 dated 18 March 2010, the Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. (the "Company") announces that on 23 March 2010 5,264,595 series V Petrolinvest shares subscribed for by Prokom Investments S.A. and Osiedle Wilanowskie Sp. z o.o. will be registered with the National Depository for Securities and introduced to trading on the WSE.
Thus, in accordance with Art. 452.1 of the commercial companies code, the increase of the Company's share capital to PLN 284,757,740 will be effected on the same day that the 5,264,595 ordinary series V shares subscribed for by the shareholders within the scope of registered conditional share capital, each of a nominal value of PLN 10, are introduced to trading on the WSE. The total number of votes attached to all Petrolinvest shares issued and introduced to trading on the WSE will be 28,475,774. Download current report no. 21/2010
