Registration of share capital increase. Print E-mail

With reference to current report no. 11/2009 of 6 February 2009 and current report no. 12/2009 of 9 February 2009, the Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. headquartered in Gdynia (the "Company") announces that on 16 February 2009 the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ of Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, in a secret ballot registered the share capital increase of the Company effected by way of:
  • an issue of 599,212 ordinary registered K-series shares with a nominal value of PLN 10 each, and
  • an issue of 2,100,000 ordinary bearer L-series shares with a nominal value of PLN 10 each.
In consequence:
  1. the Company's share capital after the registration is PLN 90,473,040 and
  2. the total number of votes attached to all Company shares issued, following the registration, is 9,047,304.
