OOO Nieftiegeoserwis signs an annex to the Concession for hydrocarbon exploration |

The Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. headquartered in Gdynia (the “Company”) announces that it has been informed that OOO Nieftiegeoserwis, in which the Company has a 59.99% interest, has signed Annex no. 1 to the Yuzhno‐Nyertsovskye Exploration Concession (the “Concession”) with the Office for the Use of Mineral Resources of the Komi Republic.
The Annex prolongs the prospecting period of the Concession to 31 December 2010 and, consequently, sets a deadline of 1 December 2010 for the completion of the geological and prospecting work required under the Concession programme. Download current report no. 75/2008 |
