| Petrolinvest announces, that on the 18th March 2010, an agreement was signed with a consortium of international institutional investors led by Kingsbrook Opportunities Master Fund LP, and including Iroquois Master Fund Ltd and GEM Global Yield Fund Limited, on the issue of convertible bonds and warrants. |
