The Management Board of PETROLINVEST S.A. headquartered in Gdynia (the "Company") announces that today it received a decision of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the "Decision") prolonging the prospecting period of Emba Contract-registered to TOO EMBA YUG NEFT -by two another years to 29 June 2011.
The provision referred to above will be implemented in the form of an annex to Emba Contract no. 976 dated 29 June 2002. Download current report no. 103/2009 |
